I need a replacement
Physical items may be eligible for replacement if damaged in shipping or due to manufacturing defect. Photos of damaged or defective items is required.
Alternative formats and exports can be requested for digital goods and services, but complete reworks are not covered after the final version is delivered.
Refunds
Physical items
Refunds may be issued for damage due to shipping or manufacturing defects instead of a replacement or when a replacement isn't possible. Photos of damaged or defective items is required.
Items may be returned for a refund in other cases with prior arrangement, however I will not refund unexpected returns or accept returns of personalized items.
Buyers are responsible for costs of shipping an item back once a return is accepted. If items are not returned in their original condition, refunds will be less any loss in value.
In-progress (unfinished) orders may be eligible for a pro-rated refund, based on how much time and materials have already been spent. The cost of any specialty material specifically acquired for the order will not be refunded.
Digital goods and services
Prorated refunds are available based on how much time has already been spent on the order.
The cost of any digital items (such as fonts) bought specifically to fulfill the order may not be refunded.
