Returns & Refunds
Please send me an email within 15 days of delivery to request a return or refund. I do not offer refunds for digital items. For physical items I accept refunds for damage due to shipping or manufacturing defects. Photos of damaged or defective items is appreciated. If you desire, depending on the item, I may be able to offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Items may be returned for a refund in other cases if you contact me and make an arrangement, however I will not accept returns of personalized items. Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping an item back after a return is accepted and must do so within 30 days of delivery to get the refund. If items are not returned in their original condition, refunds will be less the loss in value.
What counts as a personalized item?
In short, anything which cannot be easily resold due to the nature of the object itself or engravings made on it. To say more, items which have been engraved with specific names of individuals or their characters/handles would be considered personalized even if it is a common object I sell in other stores, such as Etsy. I also consider items that are highly specific to a particular event or group to be personalized, including medals, awards, or trophies. Engravings themselves do not automatically make something personalized. It would depend on what is engraved on it.
